Entering our magnificent Cathedral, brilliantly lit up with even its candlesticks beaming, made a deep impression upon me. I thought of “Jesus, the Light of the world.”
What a marvelous atmosphere (during the noonday Holy Mass) in which the Jubilarians celebrated their Commitment to spreading the Gospel of our Redeemer.
It was a most splendid sharing, together with so many Jubilarians, and of course, with Rev. Bishop Waltersheid.
And what a festive celebration afterwards, when we enjoyed the friendship of the Jubilarians of other Communities while partaking of a delicious and delightful meal, enhancing our Joy-filled hearts.
It was truly a glorious day to Cherish in our hearts.
With deepest thanks to all who helped to make the Jubilee day so festive, and to our Redeemer be all thanks and Glory!
     Gratefully,
             Sister Mary James
