On this special day, on June 20, 2017, called "Cloister Day" youth, boys and girls, about 26 children, ages 8-12, including a few teen-age helpers, put aside their day-to-day routine to spend the day with the Sisters of the Divine Redeemer.
The day begun with Holy Mass. The children did all the Liturgical ministries, singing and playing special instruments. Our unique Offertory Procession consisted of twins and triplets. This Liturgical dancers were great!
During the day, there were special activities taught by the Sisters and lay adults which children liked very much. They were acquainted with the Divine Mercy Chaplet in song and motion.
The day ended with an entertainment by the Children followed by an Ice Cream Social.
